BUSINESS REGISTRATION ORDINANCE, 1959.

Business Registration Regulations, 1959.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Business Registration Ordinance, 1959, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Business Registration citation, Regulations, 1959.
I. lu these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires— "business registration certificate" means a certificate issued under
section 6 of the Ordinance;
"Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Taband Revenue appointed
under the Inland Revenue Ordinance;

"Ordinance" means the Business Registration Ordinance, 1959.
3. Application for registration of a business under section 5 of Application the Ordinance shall be made-

registration.
(0) in the case of a business carried on by an individual in Form 10).
Form 1(6):
(b) in the case of a business corriol on by a body corporate in Form 105).
Form 1(b); and
(c) in the case of a business carried ou by a partnership or other Form 169.

Such application shall be forwarded in duplicate to the Commissioner.
4. (1) On receipt of an Application Form under regulation 3 the The Register, Commissioner shall endorse the Application Form with-
(a) a serial number, and
(6) the date of commencement of the business registration certi-
ficate.
(2) The Commissioner shall maintain a Register which shall consist of Application Forms duly endorsed under paragraph (1), and │shull amend such Forms from time to time on receipt of information
supplied to him under section 8 of the Ordinance.
