LEGAL OFFICERS (FEES AND Costs) (Amendment) Rules, 1959.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Legal Officers Ordinance, the Chief Justice has made the following rules—

1. These rules may be cited as the Legal Officers (Fees and Costs) Ckation. (Amendment) Rules, 1959,

2. Rule 3 of the Legal Officers (Fees and Costs) Rules, 1953, is Amendment amended by the deletion of the word and figures "18th December, 1951" of rule 3. and the substitution therefor of the following—

"4th January, 1952”.
