DITIABLE COMMODITIES (AMENDMENT) (No. 3) RegulatiONS, 1959.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the follow- ing regulations---

1. These regulations may be cited as the Dutlable Commodities Citadon (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations, 1959 and shall come into operation mencement. on the 1st day of January, 1960.

2. Form 12 in the First Schedule to the Dutiable Commodities Amendment Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the principal regulations) is amended by-
(a) the deletion of paragraph 1 and the substitution therefor of

Except with the written permission of the Commissioner of Police intoxicating liquors shall not be sold at any time other than between 8 am and 2 a.m.:
Provided that, where the above specified premises are used as a hotel, intoxicating liquors may, with the permission of the board endorsed hereon, be sold at any time by the licensee of such premises to any bona fide resident of the hotel for consumption on such premises.":
(b) the addition after paragraph 12 of the following new
paragraph-

The licensee shall not, during the hours when intoxi- cating liquors may be sold, employ or permit the employment of, in any capacity whatsoever on or about the licensed premises or in connexion with the business carried on therein any person under the age of fourteen years.".

3. (1) The new paragraph 1 inserted in Form 12 in the First Transitional Schedule to the principal regulations by paragraph (4) of regulation 2 provisions.
of these regulations shall be deemed to be incorporated in all liquor
licences which are in force at the commencement of these regulations in substitution for paragraph I thereof.
