Land Tribunal has, under and in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance, made an order that he shall be entitled to recover compensation or part thereof.

27. All claims for compensation in respect of any of the reversion land shall be made and determined under and in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance and not under the Crown Lands Resump- tion Ordinance, notwithstanding any order, act, claim, appointment or other thing made or done or purported to have been made or done under the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance for the purpose of the resumption of, or the determination of compensation in respect of, the said land,
