An Ordinance to amend the Resettlement Ordinance, 1958.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Resettlement (Amcodment) Short title. Ordinance. 1959,

2. Part VI of the Reseulement Ordinance, 1958, (hereinafter Amendment referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by the deletion of of Part VI. The sub-heading "Regulations" and the substitution therefor of the (36 of 1958). following-

"Miscellaneous".
