An Ordinance to amend the Factories and Industrial Undertakings
Ordinance, 1955.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Factories and Industrial Short tide. Undertakings (Amendment) Ordinance, 1959.
2. Section 5 of the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Amendment Ordinance, 1955 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance), of section 5. is amended by the insertion in subsection (4), after the word "may" where it first occurs, of the following —
" for such period and subject to such conditions as he may specify.".
