29. The enactments set out in the Second Schedule to this Ordinance are amended in the manner specified in the third column of that Schedule.
30. Nothing contained in this Ordinance shall be construed to limit the right of the Crown to dismiss or terminate the appointment of members and without compensation.
31. The Police Reserve Ordinance is repealed and the Emergency (Special Constabulary) Regulations, 1950, are rescinded.
