An Ordinance to amend the title of the Hong Kong Royal Naval
Volunteer Reserve.

WHEREAS Her Majesty's Naval Reserves have been unified under Preamble the title of the Royal Naval Reserve and it is considered expedient and desirable that the Hong Kong Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve should have a like title:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong. with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Hong Kong Royal Naval Short title Reserve (Change of Style) Ordinance, 1959, and shall be deemed to and com- have come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1959.
