3. Sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 2 of the Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended by the deletion of the words "Eastern side of the public pier at Kowloon Point" and the substitution therefor of the following-

"Southern boundary of Kowloon Marine Lot No. 10, as such boundary existed on the 1st day of October, 1959".

An Ordinance to amend the Ferries Ordinance, Chapter 104.

[18th December, 1959.]

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

I. This Ordinance may be cited as the Ferries (Amendment) Short ütle, Ordinance, 1959.

2. Section 9 of the Ferries Ordinance is repealed and replaced Repeal and by the following-
