An Ordinance to amend the Commissioners Powers Ordinance,

Chapter 86.

[23rd January, 1959]

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Commissioners Powers Short title. (Amendment) Ordinance, 1959.

2. Section 2 of the Commissioners Powers Ordinance is Amendment amended-

(a) by the deletion of the full stop at the end thereof and the sub-

stitution therefor of the following-

and":

(b) by the addition after paragraph (b) of the following new

paragraph-

"(c) to fix the quorum at meetings of commissioners where

more than two are appointed.".
