4 Bill intituled: "Ao Ordinance to consolidate the law relating to the control of the entry into, exit from and movement within the Colony of immigrants; and to the use of documenta for the purpose of travel, lásntification, entry or re-entry into the Colony, or residence; and to make provision for the prevention of forgery of such documents and the making of untrQG statements for the purpose of procuring then.
