(1) Bank Notes Iasua Ordinance

Reaolution.

The Floancial Secretary to move the following resolution:-

Resolved, pursuant to the proviso to section 5 of the Back Notes Issue Ordinace, Chapter 65, that this Douncil hereby extends the powers of all the note- issuing banks to make, issue, re-issue and circulate notes until and including the 12th day of July, 1959.

(2) Immigration (Control and Offences) Bill, 1958.

The Attorney General to move the First reading of

A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to consolidate the law relating to the control of the satry into, exit from and movement within the Cology of lamigrants; and to the use of documents for the purpose of travel, identification, entry or re-entry into the Colony,

or residence; and to make provision for the prevention of forgery of such documents and the making of untrue statements for the purpose of procuring them.

(3) Charities (Land Acquisition) Bill, 1958.

The Attorney General to move the Firat reading of --

A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to amend the law relating

to the acquisition and holding of land by charities and

to make provision for purposes connected therewith,"

(4) Registered Truateen Imcorporation Bill, 1958.

The Attorney General to move the First reading of :-

A Bill intituled; "An Ordinance to facilitate the

incorporation of truatces appointed by certain bodies, associations and communities of persons and to make provision for purposes connected therewith."

(5) Companies (Amendment) Bill, 1958.

The Attorney General to move the First reading of --

A Bill intituled; "An Ordinance to amend the Companies

Ordinance, Chapter 32."

(6) Quarantine and Prevention of Disease (Amendment) Bill, 1958.

Dr. D.J.M. Mackenzie to move the Seoood and Third readings

A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to amend the Quarantine and Prevention of Disease Ordinance, Chapter 141, and to repeal the Vaccination Ordinance, 1923."
