THE SUPPLIES AND SERVICES (TRANSITIONAL POWERS) (COLONIES, ETC.) ORDER IN COUNCIL, 1946.
In exercise of the power conferred upon him by subsections (1) and (2) of section 1 and by section 3 of the Supplies and Services (Transitional Powers) Act, 1945, as extended and applied to the Colony by the Supplies and Services (Transitional Powers) (Colonies, etc.) Order in Council, 1945, the Governor has made the following Order—
1. This Order may be cited as the Defence Regulations Citation. (Revocation) Order, 1958.
2. All the Defence Regulations in force immediately before Revocation the coming into operation of this Order by virtue of the Defence of Defence
Regula- Regulations (Continuation and Modification) (No. 1) Order, 1948, tions. save those enactments set forth in the Schedule to the Defence (GNA Regulations (Continuation) Ordinance, 1958, are revoked.
