IMMIGRATION (CONTROL AND OFFENCES) REGULATIONS, 1958.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 42 of the Immigration (Control and Offences) Ordinance, 1958, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations---
1. These regulations may be cited as the Immigration Citation. (Control and Offences) Regulations, 1958.
1. The immigration examination signal shall- (a) by day, be signal flags: H.N.N.; and

(b) by night, be four lights coloured WHITE, RED, signal.
WHITE, RED, in a vertical line one over the other equally spaced (not less than three fect apart) and visible all round the horizon at a distance of at least one mile.
3.
The places mentioned in Part I and Part II of the First Places of Schedule shall be places where detention for the purposes of the Ordinance may be effected and shall-
