EMERGENCY (PRINCIPAL) REGULATIONS, 1949.

ORDER BY THE GOVERNOR

(UNDER REGULATION 137(2)).

In exercise of the power conferred on him by regulation 137(2) of the Emergency (Principal) Regulations, 1949, the Governor has made the following Order-

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Regulations Citation. (Commencement) (No. 2) Order, 1958.

2. It is hereby declared that paragraph (6A) of regulation Regulation

Explanatory Note.

The effect of this Order is to bring paragraph (6A) of regulation 50A of the Emergency (Prlucipal) Regulations, 1949, inserted by the Emergency Principal) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations, 1958, into operation on the date on which this Order is published in the "Gazette.
