STAMP (Bank AUTHORIZATION) (No. 1) Order, 1958,

In exercise of the power vested in me by section 15 of the Stamp Ordinance, I hereby make the following Order→

ORDER

1. This Order may be cited as the Stamp (Bank Authoriza- Citation, tion (No. 1) Order, 1958.

2. The Bank specified in the Schedule to this Order is Specified hereby authorized to compound for the payment of duty on

bank au- unstamped cheques subject to the conditions stated in paragraphs compound

thorized to (a), (b) and (c) of subsection (1) of section 15 of the Ordinance. for the

payraent of certain duty.
