An Ordinance to amend the Full Court Ordinance, Chapter 2.

BB it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Full Court Short title. (Amendment) Ordinance, 1958.

2. Section 3 of the Full Court Ordinance is amended by Amend the deletion of subsection (a) and the substitution therefor of the following

section 3.

(Cap. 2).

"(a) The judges shall take precedence in the following order-

(a) the Chief Justice;
