An Ordinance to amend the Road Traffic Ordinance, 1957-
[24th October, 1958.]
Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Road Traffic (Amend- Short title. ment) Ordinance, 1958.

Section 2 of the Road Traffic Ordinance, 1957 (herein- Amendment
of section 2. after referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended—
(39 of
(a) by the deletion at the end thereof of the full stop and the 1987),
substitution therefor of a semi-colon; and
MOD
(b) by the addition at the end thereof of the following-
dual purpose vehicles, that is to say motor vehicles constructed or adapted for the carriage both of passengers and of goods or equipment in accord- ance with the provisions of any regulations made under this Ordinance.".
