(b) the health of persons within resettlement estates and

cottage resettlement areas;

(c) the manner in which application for permits to erect

buildings in cottage resettlement areas shall be made;

(d) the manner in which and the conditions subject to which buildings in cottage resettlement areas shall be erected and maintained;

(e) the manner in which and the conditions subject to which trades, businesses, professions and occupations may be carried on in resettlement estates and cottage resettlement

areas:

(A) the inspection of resettlement estates and cottage resettle

ment areas and of buildings therein;

(g) the rents to be paid by occupants of buildings in resettle-

ment estates and cottage resettlement areas;

(h) the fees to be paid for the occupation of buildings in

rottage resettlement areas;

(the forms to be used in connexion with this Ordinance; (i) generally carrying into effect the provisions of this

Ordinance..

(2) Such regulations may provide that the contravention of any regulation shall constitute an offence and may prescribe penalties for any offence not exceeding a fine of one thousand dollars and to imprisonment for six months and may provide, in addition, for the forfeiture to the Crown of any article in respect of which the offence has been committed.
