An Ordinance to amend the Medical Registration Ordinance,

1957.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows→→

This Ordinance may be cited as the Medical Registration Short title. (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance, 1958.

2. Section 24 of the Medical Registration Ordinance, 1957, Amendment is amended by the deletion of subsection (3) and the substitution of section therefor of the following-

"(3) Any person whose name has been removed or erased from the register under the provisions of this Ordinance, or whose name had been, prior to the
