Subsection (3) of section 107 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the addition after paragraph (i) of the following new paragraph--

"(7) the total amount paid (if any) on shares forfeited;".

5. Subsection (3) of section 100 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the insertion after the words "such balance sheet" of the following-

Section 131A of the principal Ordinance is amended by the addition after subsection (4) of the following new subsection- **(5) The remuneration of the Legal Adviser in respect of- (a) each case referred to the Penal Cases Committee

under subsection (4) of section 131B; and (b) sittings of the Board for the purpose of inquiries

under subsection (6) of section 131B; and

(c) preliminary work carried out by him in relation to

the matters aforesaid; and

(d) legal work carried out by him in connexion with an

appeal under section 131F,

shall be determined by the Governor and shall be paid from the general revenue of the Colony.".
