An Ordinance to facilitate the incorporation of trustees appointed by certain bodies, associations and communities of persons and to make provision for purposes connected therewith.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Registered Trustees Short title Incorporation Ordinance, 1958, and shall come into operation on the day appointed for the commencement of the Charities (Land) Acquisition) Ordinance, 1958.
