Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Workmen's Com- Short Litle. pensation (Amendment) Ordinance, 1938.
2. Subsection (1) of section 2 of the Workmen's Compensa- Amendment tion Ordinance, 1953. (hereinafter referred to as the principal of section 2. Ordinance) is amended by the deletion of the words "as is for the time being specified in the First Schedule hereto".
