Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-san

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Hong Kong Tourist Short title. Association (Amendment) Ordinance, 1958.

2. Section 3 of the Hong Kong Tourist Association Ordin- Amend- ance, 1957 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance), is ment of amended by the deletion of subsection (2) and the substitution (29 of therefor of the following-
