GOVERNMENT BUSINESS.

(1) Pensions (Amendment) Regulations, 1957.

The Attorney General to move the following resolution :-

Rasolved that the Pensions (Amendment) Regulations, 1957, made by the Governor in Council on the 11th day of June, 1957, under subsection (1) of section 3 of the Pensions Ordinance, Chapter 89, be approved.

(2) Schedule of Write-offs for the Financial Year 1956/57.

The Financial Secretary to move the following resolution;-

Resolved that the Write-offa for the financial year 1956/57, as set out in the Schedule, be approved.

(3) Bank Notes Issue Ordinance

Resolution.

The Financial Secretary to move the following resolution:-

Resolved, pursuant to the proviso to section 5 of the Bank Notes Issue Ordinance, Chapter 65, that this Gounail hereby extends the powers of all the note- issuing banks to make, issue, re-issue and circulate notes until and including the 12th day of July, 1958,

(4) Hong Kong Tourist Association Bill, 1957.

The Financial Secretary to move the Second and Third

readings of :-

A Bill intituled; "An Ordinance to provide for the

establishment and constitution of a tourist association and a board of management, and for matters connected therewith."
