Order.

The Second Schedule to the principal Order is hereby 2. amended as follows:
(1) In sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 4, for the words "Gibraltar and Hong Kong" there shall be substituted the words "Gibraltar, Hong Kong and Singapore". (2) For paragraph 11 there shall be substituted the
following-
"11. În section 13 (as amended by the Revision of the Army and Air Force Acts (Transitional Provisions) Act, 1955(e)), for the words "United Kingdom" wherever they occur there shall be sub- stituted the word "Territory",

The purpose of this Order is to adapt section 18 of the Visiting Forces Act, 1952 (as amended by section 2 and 5 (3) of the Revision of the Army and Air Force Acts (Transitional Provisions) Act, 1955), in its application to the Colonial territories specifled in the First Schedule to the Visiting Forces Act (Application to Colonies) Order, 1964.
This Order also modiñes section 8 (3) (a) of the Act in its application to Singapore.

JUDGMENTS (FACILITIES FOR ENFORCEMENT) ORDINANCE, (Chapter 9).
JUDGMENTS (FACILITIES FOR ENFORCEMENT) (DOMINION OF NEW ZEALAND) Order, 1957.
WHEREAS it is provided by section 6 of the Judgments (Facilities for Enforcement) Ordinance that where the Governor in Council is satisfied that, in the event of the benefits of the said Ordinance being extended to judgments given in the superior courts of any part of the Commonwealth outside the United Kingdom, substantial reciprocity of treatment will be assured as respects the enforcement in that part of the Commonwealth of judgments given in the Supreme Court, he may by order declare that the said Ordinance shall extend to judgments obtained in a superior court in that part of the Commonwealth, in the like manner as it extends to judgments obtained in a superior court in the United Kingdom, and that on any such order being made the said Ordinance shall apply accordingly :
AND WHEREAS the Governor in Council is satisfied that such substantial reciprocity of treatment will be assured in the Domin- ion of New Zealand:
