SUMMARY OFFENCES (LICENCES AND FEES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1957-

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Summary Offences Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-

1. These regulations may be cited as the Summary Offences Citation. (Licences and Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 1957.

2. The Fifth Schedule to the Summary Offences (Licences Amendment and Fees) Regulations, 1953, is amended by the deletion from Schedule. paragraph (1) under the item "Removal of earth" of the fee (G.N.A.

$5/58). "$200.00 p.m." and the substitution therefore of the following

"$50.00 per week".
