Explanatory Note.
(This Note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general purport).
These regulations replace the forms A and B, Certificate of Insurance, in the Schedule to the principal regulations to require the "addition in each Certificate of Insurance of particulars of the persoba permitted to drive, and the limitations as to use of the vehicle insured. The regulations will come into aperation on 1st August, 1957, but Certificates of Insurance issued before that date are unaffected by the regulations.
