An Ordinance to amend the Telecommunication Ordinance,

Chapter 106.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Telecommunication Short title. (Amendment) Ordinance, 1957.

2. Subsection (2) of section 38 of the Telecommunication Amend- Ordinance is amended by the insertion after the word "Ordin- ance" of the following-

"punishable with a fine and imprisonment",
