Amendment

2. Sections 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D and E of the Landlord and Tenant Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) are hereby repealed,

3. Subsection (2) of section 32 of the principal Ordinance of section is amended by the deletion of the following matter-

Amendment of Second Schedule.

4. The Second Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended by the deletion of Form 1 Form 2 and Form 3.

An Ordinance 10 amend the Probate and Administration

Ordinance, Chapter 10.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Probate and Short title. Administration (Amendment) Ordinance, 1957.

2. The Probate and Administration Ordinance (hereinafter Addition referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by the addition of new after section 59 of the following new section-
