Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is amended-
(a) in subsection (1) by the insertion, immediately before the words "the First Schedule", of the following-
"Part 1 of";
(6) in subsection (3) by the insertion, immediately before the
words "the First Schedule", of the following-
"Part I of";
(*) in subsection (5) by the insertion, immediately after the
words "Firing Area A", of the following-
"or any firing area described in Part II of the First Schedule**;
(d) by the addition after subsection (5) of the following new
subsection-
4.
"(10) No practice torpedo firing under the pro- visions of this Ordinance shall take place berween half an hour before sunset and half an hour after sun- rise and unless the firing area is patrolled by not less than two safety craft.**.
Section 7 of the principal Ordinance is amended- (a) by the insertion of the comma and word ", torpedo"
after the word "shell" wherever it appears;
(b) by the insertion of the words "torpedoes or after the
word "recover" in the proviso,
