An Ordinance to repeal the Ordinances relating to Trading with

the Enemy and Enemy Property.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows--

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Enemy Property Citation Legislation Repeal Ordinance, 1957, and shall come into operation and on a day to be appointed by the Governor by Proclamation in the meat, Gazette.

2. The Alien Enemies (Winding up) Ordinance, 1914, and Repeal. the Trading with the Enemy Ordinance are repealed.

Passed the Legislative Council of Hong Kong, this roth day of April, 1957.
