All that area of Kowloon bounded on the Between to a.m. and South by Austin Road, on the West by 5 p.m. on 12 October, the sea, on the North by Waterloo Road 1956; and as far East as the Junction of Waterloo Road and Boundary Street thence East along Boundary Street to the junction of Boundary Street and Clear Water Bay Road and thence South along the boundary of Kai Tak Airport to the sea.

All that area of Kowloon and the New Territories bounded on the South and South East by Waterloo Road, on the West by the sea and on the North by Boundary Street.
