Regulation 77 of the principal regulations is amended-

(a) by the addition after the words "relating to" of the

following-

"'dealers and"; and

(b) by the addition after the definition of "goods" of the

following new definition-

"dealer" includes any person licensed to sell goods wholesale and every person for the time being in charge of his licensed premises;",

5. Regulation 79 of the principal regulations is amended-

(a) by the insertion after the word "Every" of the

following-

"dealer and";

(b) by the insertion, in paragraph (b), before the word

"retailer" of the following-

"dealer or"

6. Regulation So of the principal regulations is amended by the deletion of the word "Retailers" and the substitution therefor of the following-

**Dealers and retailers'.

1. The First Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by the deletion of Form 26 and the substitution therefor of the following-
