FACTORIES ANd Industrial Undertakings Ordinance (AMENDMENT Of Second Schedule) Order, 1956.

To exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance, 1955, the Governor in Council has made the following Order-

1. This Order may be cited as the Factories and Industrial Citation, Undertakings Ordinance (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order, 1956.

*. The Second Schedule to the Factories and Industrial Amend- Undertakings Ordinance, 1955, is amended by the substitution of

a semi-colon for the full stop at the end of paragraph (c) and the insertion thereafter of the following new paragraph-

"(d) any industrial undertaking involving the use of any

X-ray or radio-active substance.
