SUMMARY OFFENCES (LICENCES AND FEES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1956.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Summary Offences Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-
1. These regulations may be cited as the Summary Offences Citation, (Licences and Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 1956.
2. Regulation 2 of the Summary Offences (Licences and Amendment Fees) Regulations, 1953 (hereinafter referred to as the principal tion E regulations), is amended by

(a) the insertion in paragraph (a) thereof immediately after
the words "*New Kowloon" of the following-
" other than the land within the fences or other boundary marks indicating the limits of land appurtenant to the Kowloon-Canton Railway, **; (b) the insertion in paragraph (b) thereof immediately after
the words "New Kowloon," of the following-
"other than the land within the fences or other boundary marks indicating the limits of land appurtenant to the Kowloon-Canton Railway, "'; (c) the substitution of a semi-colon for the full stop at the
end of paragraph (5);
(d) the addition, after paragraph (b), of the following new
paragraph-
(c) the General Manager of the Kowloon-Canton Railway shall be the lawful authority to grant licences and permits for the occupation or con- tinued occupation of Crown land within the fences or other boundary marks indicating the limits of land appurtenant to the Kowloon- Canton Railway for the purposes stated in the first column of the Third Schedule in the localities mentioned in the second column thereof and the fees stated in the third column shall be payable to the lawful authority. ".
