of First Schedule.
5. The First Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by-
(a) the deletion from the index table of forms of the reference to Forms 1 to 16A inclusive and the substitution therefor of the following-
"11. Application for liquor licence.
12. Liquor licence.
13. Club Liquor licence.
14. Temporary liquor licence.";
(b) the deletion of Forms TI to 16A inclusive and the sub-
stitution therefor of the following-
We, the undersigned, having resided in the Colony of Hong Kong during the whole of the ten years immediately preceding the date of this application, and being in no way directly or indirectly connected with the sale of liquor to the applicant, certify that the above named applicant is a paraon of good fame and reputation and fit and proper to hold a liquor licence.

Licence is hereby granted to the person, for the period, and at the premises specified above to sell intoxicating liquors retail for consumption on the premises on the following conditions-
1.
Intoxicating liquors shall only be sold-
(u) in the New Territories except New Kowloon, between 8 am and
11 p.m. except with the written permission of the board;
(b) elsewhere in the Colony, between 9 am and 2 a.m. except with
the written permission of the Commissioner of Polica:
Provided that, where the above specified premises are used as a hotel, intoxicating liquors may, with the permission of the board endorsed hereon, be sold at any time by the licensee of such premises to any bona fide resident of the hotel for consumption on such premises.
