BUILDING (ADMINISTRATION) REGULATIONS, 1950.
PART I.
Citation and Definitions.
1. These regulations may be cited as the Building (Adminis- Citation, tration) Regulations, 1950.

"Ordinance" means the Buildings Ordinance, 1955.

Authorized Architects.

(2) Where another authorized architect is appointed under the provisions of subsection (2) of section 4 of the Ordinance the building owner shall notify the Building Authority of such appointment within seven days thereof.
4. (1) No person shall be included in the register of Qualifica- authorized architects unless he has one of the following qualifica- tions. tions-
(a) membership, other than students, probationers or gradu-
ates of
() the Royal Institute of British Architects:
Provided that any person being in possession of a certificate showing that he has passed all examinations necessary for election to corporate membership but who not being of British nationality, is ineligible for election, shall be deemed to be qualified by this regulation; or
(ii) the Institution of Civil Engineers; or
(iii) the Institution of Structural Engineers; or (iv) the Institution of Municipal and County Engineers (Municipal Division after 1948); or
Fees payable under the Buildings Ordinance, 1965, and
