NURSES REGISTRATION (AMEndment) ReguULATIONS, 1956.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Nurses Registration Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations

Explanatory Note.

(This Note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to

indicate their general purport).

The purpose of these regulations is two-fold.

Firstly, to provide that the member of the Nursing Board at present appointed by the University of Hong Kong, shall be appointed

by the Governor on the nomination of the University.
