In exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 of the Dentists Registration Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations--

1.

PART I,

Citation and Interpretation.

These regulations may be cited as the Dentists (Regis. Citation, tration and Disciplinary Procedure) Regulations, 1956.

"Board" means the Dental Board appointed under section 4 of

the Ordinance;

a certificate of registration issued under section g of the Ordinance ;

"Chairman" means the Director of Medicul and Health Services as President of the Dental Board or such other member as shall be appointed to serve as Chairman of the Board in his absence;

"complainant" means any person from whom a complaint against or information in respect of a registered dentist or of an applicant for registration has been received by the Registrar in accordance with regulation 15:

"Committee" means the Preliminary Investigation Committee

constituted under regulation 134

"defendant" means any registered dentist or applicant for registration against or in respect of whom a complaint or information has been received by the Registrar in accordance with regulation 153
