An Ordinance to amend the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance,

Chapter 109.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Dutiable Commodities Short title. (Amendment) (No, 2) Ordinance, 1956.

2. Section 66 of the Duriable Commodities Ordinance is Amend. amended by--

ment of section 66.

(a) the deletion in subsection (1) of the words "on a second (Cap. 109).

(b) the repeal of subsection (2) and substitution therefor of

the following new subsection—-

**(a) In the case of any conviction under this section the magistrate may order that any liquor to which the conviction relates and any similar liquor, whether the
