Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Fraudulent Transfers Short title.

2. Section 3 of the Fraudulent Transfers of Businesscs Amend- Ordinance is amended-

(a) by the deletion from subsection (1) of the words "incurred in the business" and the substitution therefor of the following-
