Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

This Ordinance may be cited as the Divorce (Amend- Short title ment) Ordinance, 1956, and shall come into operation upon a day mencement to be appointed by the Governor by proclamation in the Gaselle.
