An Ordinance to amend the Town Planning Ordinance, Chapter

131.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Town Planning Short title, (Amendment) Ordinance, 1956.

1. Section 5 of the Town Planning Ordinance (hereinafter Amend- referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by the addition ont of at the end thereof of the following→

"The Board shall supply a copy of such plan to any person on payment of such fee as the Board may determine.".
