Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows—

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Pensions (Amend- Short title ment) Ordinance, 1956.

2. Subsection (a) of section 5 of the Pensions Ordinance is Amendment amended by-

subsection (a) the deletion of the semi-colon after the word "withheld" section 5.
