An Ordinance to amend the Arms and Ammunition Ordinance,
Chapter 238.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Arms and Ammuni- Short title. tion (Amendment) Ordinance, 1956.
2. This Ordinance shall be deemed to have had effect as Commence- from the 1st day of September, 1935.

3. Section 18A of the Arms and Ammunition Ordinance is Amendment amended by the deletion therefrom of subsection (1) and the sub-section stitution therefor of the following-
"(1) Subject to the provisions for forfeiture contained in sections 31 and 32, and subject to the further provisions of this section, the Commissioner of Police may store arms
