(e) the photograph and thumbprints of such person shall be
affixed to the police supervision order.
(3) Any person against whom a police supervision order bas been made may be taken into police custody and detained for a period not exceeding seventy-two hours for the purposes specified in paragraphs (e), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of subsection (2).
7. (1) Every person against whom a police supervision order has been made shall attend in person and report at the place. specified in his identification book-
(a) on the dates therein specified; and also
(b) within forty-eight hours after any change of residence,
(2) Such person shall, on each occasion on which he reports in accordance with subsection (1), produce to a police officer on duty his identification book, and a police officer shall make in such book an entry that a report has been made, and shall upon receiving a report of a change of residence also enter therein the dates on which and place at which such person shall thenceforth report.
8. A police officer may at any time vary the dates on which and the place at which a person against whoni a police supervision. order has been made must report by making an appropriate entry in such person's identification book,

(2) Such alien shall report in accordance with the entry made in his identification book under subsection (1) and shall be accom- panied by a police officer to his point of departure from the
Colony. Upon departure of such alien the police officer who has witnessed his departure shall endorse the police supervision order to that effect and thereupon-
(4) the police supervision order shall be deemed to be of no
effect; and
(b) such alien shall be prohibited for life from re-entering the Colony except in accordance with permission granted by the Governor.
(3) Any person who is prohibited from re-entering the Colony by virtue of the provisions of paragraph (b) of subsection (2) shall, if he is found in the Colony, be subject to the provisions of subsections (1), (2) and (5) of section 13 of the Deportation of Aliens Ordinance in like manner as if a deportation order for (Cap. 240). life had been made against him under the provisions of that Ordinance.
10. Any police officer shall have power to enter the registered Power of place of residence of any person against whom a police super-

12. (1) Any person against whom a police supervision order Ofences. has been made who, during the currency of such order,-
(2) without reasonable excuse fails to report at the place specified in his identification book on any date therein specified;
(b) without reasonable excuse fails to report at the place speci- fied in his identification book, a change of residence within forty-eight hours of such change;
(c) refuses or omits to furnish any particulars which he is required to furnish by this Ordinance, or furnishes any false particulars;
(d) without reasonable excuse fails to produce his identifica- tion book when required to do so under the provisions of this Ordinance;
