An Ordinance to amend certain provisions of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935, relating to the occupation and

use of basements.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Health Short title. (Sanitation) (Amendment) Ordinance, 1956.

2. Section 4 of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, Amendment 1935 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended of section by the deletion of paragraph (ix) of subsection (1).
