An Ordinance to provide for the collection and realization of German enemy property and for the distribution of the proceeds thereof; and for purposes connected with the maiters aforesaid.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Distribution of Short title German Enemy Property Ordinance, 1956, and shall come into and com- operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by proclama- tion in the Gazette.
