(0) by the deletion in subsection (3) of the words "Firing Aren B" where they firstly appear and the substitution therefor of the following-

"any of the firing areas described in the First Schedule other than Firing Area E";

(c) by the deletion in subsection (3) of the following-

", in regard to Firing Area B.";

(d) by the deletion of subsection (6) and the substitution

therefor of the following-

"(6) No practice firing under the provisions of this Ordinance shall take place over Firing Area A on any Sunday, Monday or Wednesday.":

(e) by the addition after subsection (6) of the following new

subsections-

*(7) No practice firing under the provisions of this Ordinance shall take place over Firing Area B on any Sunday or Saturday.

(8) No practice firing under the provisions of this Ordinance shall take place over Firing Area C or D on any day which is a general holiday by virtue of the Holidays Ordinance.

(9) No practice firing under the provisions of this Ordinance shall take place over Firing Area E between half an hour before sunset and half an hour after sunrise.".

An Ordinance further to amend the Land Transactions (Enemy

Occupation) Ordinance, Chapter 256.

[11th May, 1956.]

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Land Transactions Short title. (Enemy Occupation) (Amendment) Ordinance, 1956.

2. Section 3 of the Land Transactions (Enemy Occupation) Amendment Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) is of section amended by the deletion from subsection (2) of the words "for a (Cap. 256). period of eight years from the date of the commencement of this Ordinance".
